What If The Weather is bad?
We run tours rain or shine!
Should I bring a GoPro or camera?
Yes, we recommend both. GoPros or other recording devices can capture learning moments for you to reference later. We also have scenic locations that are great for photo opportunities.
Do you provide lodging?
Team O’Neil does not provide lodging for students. We work with several local properties that we recommend.

What happens if I get stuck?
Guided Tour Rides: While we try to not have you in a situation that requires recovery, our team does have a winch vehicle and will assist in getting you unstuck.
Private Personal Vehicle Training Only: Any damage that may occur to your personal vehicle at any time on Team O’Neil property will be your responsibility including during a recovery.
How do I get there?
We strongly recommend checking a map and triple checking your GPS. It is often difficult to navigate to our facility.

You will see a Trailcraft and Team O’Neil Rally School sign. There is a small cabin on the road as well. Go in the driveway, past the gate and you will see the wood Trailcraft cabin on your right.
What vehicle do we drive?
Depending on your group size you will be in a Kawasaki Teryx SLE 4 seater or a Kawasaki Mule Pro 6 seater.
Do guides accompany every tour?
Yes, each tour is accompanied by two guides, one to lead and one to follow
Do I need to bring a helmet?
No, all safety equipment and resources (gas) required to operate the vehicle are included.
How many people can I bring with me?
We have multiple UTV vehicles; a 6 seater and a 4 seater for you to choose from.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have parking available for guests on location.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all participants are required to sign a waiver, minors must have a minor waiver completed for them by attending adult.
Am I responsible for damage?
No, we have full damage coverage on our vehicles if you have any type of incident or accident.
Will the vehicles and passengers get dirty?
Yes (Hopefully!) Off-road adventures can involve mud, dust, and water depending on trail conditions. We recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty.
Do I need to have my own car?
Currently no you do not need to bring your own car. We are working to have more products available where you can bring your vehicle and learn more about it's capabilities. (ask about private training)
Should I bring food?
Yes you should bring your own food and snacks. Ideally you should eat before arrival. Water will be available on site if needed.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable clothing such as jeans, and shoes that will work well for driving and feeling the pedals (not large boots). Remember we are on dirt surfaces, wear shoes that you know may get dirty or muddy. Wear multiple layers, temperatures in northern New Hampshire change through the day. A pair of work gloves is good to have on hand as well.
Do I need tools?
No, we supply support and repair.
Is there a minimum age for drivers?
We require our drivers to have valid driver's licenses.
Can my kids come with me?
Yes! Although if they're small enough we do require a car seat for their safety and comfort.
What is the refund policy?
- Changes made more than 30 days prior to booked date qualify for full refund minus 3% credit card fee
- Changes made less than 30 Days prior to the booked date but more than 48 hours prior to the booked date qualify for a $100 refund.
- Changes made less than 48 hours prior to the booked date are not eligible for any type of refund.
What if I wanted to make changes to my reservation?
- You may request to change the date of your adventure more than 48 hours in advance. Changes will be subject to availability.
- Changes can not be made within 48 hours of your scheduled drive.
What time do you start?
We start at either 9am or 1pm, depending on the time you register for. We recommend you try to arrive 15 minutes early so we can stay on time for the day!
